Welcome Nursing Home Residents, Families and Friends! Residents know best what life is like in a nursing home. Staff depends on you, your family and friends to tell them how they can best meet your needs. The Campaign encourages nursing homes to tailor care to each resident’s preferences and needs. We also encourage homes to involve consumers in creating change. Please register with the Campaign to show your support for nursing home quality and learn how you can be part of the change. Why register? Show support for quality care in nursing homes. Receive regular updates on the Campaign. The Domestic Lean Goddess video (YouTube - 6 minutes) introduces the “quality improvement cycle.” The topic is one we can all relate to: Getting the kids to school on time. After watching the video, check out the Campaign’s Circle of Success. The Circle of Success includes the steps in a quality improvement project. The website has resources for each of these steps, for each of nine topics (goals). What are the nine Campaign goals (topics)? Check out these videos, each 7 minutes or less. Each video introduces one of the nine Campaign goals, and also provides more information on how quality improvement projects work. Then explore each of these goals on the website.
